How we work with clients
Pierce Communications assigns a team to each account. For some clients, the account team is made up of an account supervisor, account executive, creative director, graphics designer/art director, copywriter, production manager, media planner, media buyer, and public relations executive. For other accounts a smaller team may suffice. Other agency services are tapped when needed; they might include specialties like research management, fulfillment, direct mail management, packaging design, illustration, photography, or corporate identity planning.
Ideally the planning procedure includes several client/agency brainstorming meetings and planning sessions that produce the marketing communications action plan. Prior to these sessions, the Pierce Communication management team has conducted a thorough analysis of the client’s situation in addition to problems/opportunities and target audiences for the campaign objectives.
Financial arrangement
Pierce Communication receives compensation for providing marketing services generally by one of the following methods:
- Fee arrangement
- Retainer
- Per project arrangement
- Media commission plus per project budgets
Contracts/Agreements
Pierce Communications does not require a contract, unless a client specifies one. We work with letters of agreement that spell out the details of our working arrangement. We supply budget estimates and we do not incur costs until they are approved.
(Sometimes it is a combination of the above. We are flexible and will work with you to develop what works best for your situation.)
